Disconnect the mouse from PC and keep it disconnectedAdditionally, I also downloaded the Logitech Connection Utility. Open Device Manager, go to "mice and pointing devices" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall). Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.
